Little Neck is located in the northeast corner of Queens. Its borders are Great Neck in Nassau County to
the east, Little Neck Bay on the North, Douglaston to the west, and Grand Central Parkway to the South.
Because it is located, so close to Nassau it is considered one of the lush more suburban areas of Queens.
Little Neck is accessible from the Long Island Rail Road at the Port Washington Branch stop. This area is
part of Community Board 11.
Little Neck’s school system is located in District 26. Schools in this district are Junior High School 67
Louise Pasteur, P.S. 221 North Hills, P.S. 811, P.S. 94, David D. Porter and St. Anastasia School. District
26 is one of the highest performing districts for grades K-9 in all of New York City.
Nearby hospitals, include Long Island Jewish Hospital and North Shore University Hospital.
