The days of a 2BR/2BA unit in a "newer" development for under $175K, I believe, have come and gone. Foreclosures are dwindling and short sales are moving a little bit quicker. Panama City Beach has truly awoken from a three year sleep! If ever you were going to get off the fence and purchase an investment property or second home, now is time. As the old saying goes, "you snooze, you loose!" Literally!
The beaches are absolutely gorgeous and there is not a cloud in the sky. This weekend is Thunder Beach, and as I write this post I hear the motorcycles roaring by. I could think of a more perfect place to escape to the beach!
