Real Estate Market Report of Home Sales for January-September 2007 for Eldridge and Park View, Iowa :
Eldridge and Park View, Iowa First Through Third Quarter 2007 Home Sales Up 11.1%, Average Home Sales Price Up 6.1% from 2006!
REALTOR-assisted "Closed" single-family home sales in the cities of Eldridge and Park View, Iowa increased by 11.1% in the first three quarters of 2007, up from the same period in 2006.
With 110 closed sales transactions from January 1 to September 30, 2007, the Eldridge and Park View markets showed an increase of 11 units (11.1%) from the 2006 total of 99 closed sales transactions.
On an even happier note for home sellers, the average sales price of home sales that closed during the same period showed a significant increase of 6.1%: up from $172,187 in 2006, to $182,679 in 2007.
The average number of days on the market (from home listing date to sale pending date) increased significantly as well, from 73 Days in 2006, to 84 Days in 2007, an inccrease of 15.1%.
The list price to sales price ratio, (reflecting the percentage of the last recorded listing price of a property versus what the property eventually sold for) decreased slightly as well, from 97.95% in 2006 to 97.1% in 2007.
