The Academy School District 20 Real Estate Market - April 2011
Positive signs for April indicated that the Academy School District average sales price is 3% higher over March and the median sales price is 10% higher. Total number of active listings in Academy School District 20 increased by 4% in April. Number of solds are down 10% from March. The percent distressed properties of the sold properties is the lowest we have seen in the past year at 11%. Months of inventory increased slightly to 8 months - an indication that we are still in a buyers market in Academy School District 20.
