Today is the first day of May!! We had sunshine, 65 degrees, and buyers looking for homes. What more could I ask for? I guess a sale or 2 would be nice, but one step at a time. This is definitely shaping up to be a good spring. Better than last year, though still not as good as a 5 years ago.
