Looking back from 5/2/2011 we can see that sales are booming. Our low point this year was back at the end of January with 440 sales. Right now we are up about 60%! Wow! We have dropped our inventory from a 15 months supply of homes back in January to 9 months. Our short sale inventory has dropped about 50% from early this year as well. Things are really looking very positive for the Salt Lake City market!
