Pete thank you for all your hard work that you put into providing the valuable data you include in your report. I particularly like the charts with inventory stats you provide that give the inventory breakdown of sold & pending. It helps me to understand where the east bay market is going, since most of my clients relocate from that area, or they just want a vacation home.
