Incline Village Property Owners Springtime Update

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with RE/MAX NORTH LAKE - Incline Village, NV

If you own a vacation rental property in Incline Village or Crystal Bay, now is the time to steam clean the carpets and do a deep cleaning of the entire property before summertime guests arrive. Check for damaged furniture and missing kitchen items, making additions and improvements as necessary. Over time glasses and dishes get broken and utensils get lost. Make sure that your vacation renters have everything they need upon arrival by checking the inventory this spring and filling in missing items so they are guaranteed an enjoyable stay. Your property manager or rental agent can usually provide you with a suggested inventory list.

The annual curbside pine needle recycling program has a very short window this year for pickup at your property. Bags will be collected for recycling on your trash service day only during the week of May 30 to June 3. With many high elevation properties still covered in snow, it will take some planning to clean up the pine needles in your yard and have them ready for the recycling week.
