Home Bargain Planet Daily - Stardate Log 05.02.2011

7:00AM Got up anticipating the mad rush of administrative duties that comes with Monday which comes after the lethargy of Sunday and as people drive to work, they say, "Holy cow! I need to call my agent and see how that escrow is coming!"

8:00AM - Ok you know what I am cooking breakfast today. Montgomery's know how to cook breakfast. At least that is what Karen my sister said to me while I was cooking this morning. We each got two eggs with melted cheese on toast. But I sang very loudly a song called "Bagel Upsayo" which is a Korean tune (no I am not Korean, my wife is and I know how to say simple words like "out of"). So this song translated into English means, "Out of Bagels", which I made up. I figure if I sing out loud, one of us will eventually break down and go and buy some bagels out of the desire to get me to stop wailing and groaning. Breakfast was good.

9:00AM - slammed my coffee, got in the car and made it to the office by...

9:30AM - whereby I continued to answer phones and answer questions and help the young Jedi realtors grow  and I was pleasantly surprised to see my broker and thank God! I needed her to blue ink sign the HUD contract we just won on Friday that needs to get to the HUD rep in California by tomorrow. So signed and shipped off to UPS by...

11:30AM - where I then just did my thing working the deals and talking to Scot and Dan the owners about advertising and marketing and ideas and this and that. Dan and Scot. Scot does not spell his name with two T's because really he does not need to; the last T is silent anyway. He is such an efficient person. Dan and Scot, these guys are both two inspiring guys in their own right. Scot the Consistent has a steadied focused belief, unwavering.

4:30PM - Carey took care of our current escrowed buyer Lupe Martinez and assisted her needs where I then enjoyed the rest of the day with Brandon my son, and Marissa my daughter. Brandon trained at his Tae Kwon Doe Class (see video below- Brandon is the second one who does the highly technical move) while Karen and I watched as Marissa ran around the gym in her Spider Man outfit.
