Today we announced that we are shutting down Exit Premier Realty. A Dream that has gone no where for many reasons.
So how do you transfer an office? How do you give the agents the best chance? What Happens next?
It is a simple process. We invited another Broker(Exit) to come in and share with us their office process.
That broker also brought in several of the long term agents to share their story about how they liked the office
that they are at. It is a Sad day. and It is a Happy day.
If you look at the lagging edge- office closed- it is sad. If you look at he leading edge-office to go to- it is a
Happy day. So here we are at the transition. Some of the agents will go. Other will not.
I am planning on Going- The atmosphere of the new office, the location, the work ethic, the integrity of the
Managing Broker. All of it adds up to a big win. So New office here I come.
The down side? Some work to transfer. Some changes in how an office works. But by and large it is a good
thing and I am looking forward to it. Exit Blaine and Associates here I come.
