Who would have thought that a pool community in Colorado would be such a hot ticket item? Having spent a 
good portion of my childhood in Florida having a pool at your house was like having air conditioning come standard in your car. (We once had a car salesman ask us if we wanted A/C in our car here in Colorado-it floored us to think that cars were made without it!) There are just a few neighborhoods that offer that kind of amenity. One in particular is a hidden oasis in Thornton called Meadow Park.
As a DR Horton neighborhood the overall plan was to build a great selection of homes ranging from a low maintenance ranch plan of just around 1,100 square feet without basements to large and open plans featuring 3 and 4 bedroom homes with lofts and basement right around 2,000 square feet. This neighborhood plan was built around large parks and open space as well as pocket parks and neighborhood bike paths. A popular park name Woodglen Meadows Community Park is located in this neighborhood. This park borders both Meadow Park and WoodglenThis neighborhood has some unique layouts that offer master bedrooms on their own levels and some great options such as this one that has a main floor master and vaulted ceilings:
