even though the market is slow - sanibel island is still seeing good activity in the way of sales. sanibel and captiva allow for weekly and even daily rentals in some cases so the annual income is stronger on our rental properties than on most. there are a lot of condos for sale so it is a great time to come in to the market and get a really great buy. nice near beach homes too although, in the case of sanibel, the homes are only allowed to rent by the month. keep me in mind for you clients doing 1031 exchanges or looking for that vacation home that can act as a rental property! hope you are having a great weekend.
