I am building a contractor and preferred vendor list for Northern Caifornia. Specifically in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, San Francisco, Solano and Marin Counties. I am trying to add reliable and trust worthy contractors that have done work for you or someone you know in the past. Please send any and all referrals of anyone you reccomend. Networking with other agents I think is the best way to get good people on your team and in turn help them get more work! I am looking for preservation companies, Electricians, plumbers, painters, contractors, trash outs, glass companies, mold remidiation, etc.

Start with a good general contractor.
