Typical Maintenance Friday for An REO Agent

This Friday was like most in that I started out expecting it to be slow and hoping to leave the office early.  I started by extending 6 listings in my 2 MLS systems  and filing the paperwork with my local MLS.

Then the fun rreally began.  Apparently PSE&G has "improved" their phone system.  Instead of waiting 5 minutes on hold to speak with a live individual, I waited 40.  Oh well, it gave me a chance to listedn to some Jimmy Buffett tunes on my laptop and dream about my upcoming vacation.

After PSE&G assured me they would be sending out the refund check and terminating service to a property, I was ready to move on to the next task at hand.  I gathered the invoices that had accumulated over the last three days and sent them to our corporate office for payment and reimbursement.

3 Files went under contract and I filled out the folder paperwork and got it to our office administrator to enter in the system.

Finally, I had a chance to search multi-family properties in Jersey City for a client.  I found a few that I know she will like!!!

All in all it was a good day.  I still find myself looking forward to the dayy the properties that are on hold are released. So I can continue doing more and more of the same.
