The following numbers represent the Real Estate Market Review of homes sold for the first four months of 2011 versus the same period of 2010 for San Ramon, CA.
Keep in mind that real estate markets are local in nature and there will be micro markets in every town. The activity in the San Ramon market mirrors the first quarter of last year with respect to total numbers of homes sold with a nice move in the attached home segment. Pricing in the single family market is softer while a predominance of lower end sales in the attached segment dragged down the median values.
