Stage it with Words

By
Home Stager with The Staging Fashionista

We recently staged an investment property in Capitol Heights, MD.  The investor did not want a full staging for this small property but decided on Scene Staging.  So for the living room we created a small scene and added some word decals to the scene.  It came out fantastic!  I'm going to incorporate more of these word decals in my staging as they are inexpensive, easy art, and easy to remove.  So do something different and Stage it with Words!  Happy Staging Everyone!

What a novel idea Mannie! If it catches on great. Seems simple enough to do, but I'm sure talent helps.

Oh Mannie - just after I told a client to remove the decals in her kids' rooms!  Many people think they'll be a tough to remove as wallpaper, so I tell them they have to go.  But I can see they might have a place in a vacant or model home.  Julie

Julia - these are very easy to remove - they do not peel the paint off the wall.  They are not so tacky where they would be difficult to remove.  Got them for $3.00 and really add something special.

I do know they are easily removed, leaving no residue or damage, but most buyers don't.  Still, they are a great value for some situations.  Thanks, Mannie!

Mannie--I think that's great idea, and since the decals are so easy to remove it's not a deterrent for a buyer.

I think it works well for the vacant stagings since I would be removing it when I destage.  Thanx Janet for always being so supportive!
