Claremont Market Report - September 2007

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Empire Realty

No matter what the market, people will continue to desire to live in Claremont, as it remains one of the most prestigious cities within San Bernardino County. Comparatively speaking, the Claremont housing market is starting to show signs of a slowing market.

In of September 2007, 10 single family homes and 2 condos/townhomes sold.  Total sales are down 42% for the same period last year in the Inland Valley MLS.  My overall view of the market is slipping a little, go to my other blog listing to see why I feel this way, http://activerain.com/blogsview/228068/Soft-to-Softer-in

Closed Sales For September 2007: Down Slightly from Last Month

Pending Sales For September 2007: Down Slightly from Last Month
