Sneak Preview - 5 Acre Kona Coffee Farm, Home, Cottage, REO $475,000

Real Estate Agent with Kona Home Team (luva llc) RS 62947

I am going to let you in on a new listing, we cannot put it on the MLS until the tenants move out. Once listed at $1,400,000 (im sorry but it was never worth anywhere near that - But still thought it was worth mentioning). This property was purchased in 2005 for $750,000, then had major renovations done to it, the bad news is they stole or sold most of the appliances, fixtures, and cabinets out of it before they left. And as in most REO properties, the grounds have become overgrown, the good news is that the coffee is still there and healthy, you just need to get in there and clear the land by hand. A little over 5 acres above Kealakekua Ranch Center. This is an excellent area for growing Kona Coffee.

This is Priced at an investor level - cash deal - $475,000

Lance, looks like you will have a great listing coming soon!    It looks a bit wet --- did it just rain?

It POURED - I sat there in the driveway for 20 minutes just waiting for it to stop - had about a 15 minute window to get in, and get out. then it started pouring again. Like they always say in Hawaii - if you dont like the weather, just wait 5 minutes.
