ATHOA consists of 104 zero lot/garden style homes in the Midway Meadows
subdivision of Addison Texas. The subdivision was developed by R.C. Williamson in 1980 and consists of the homes in ATHOA plus other single family residences and duplexes. Houses in the homeowners association can be identified by the front entry garages and are on Le Grande, Pokolodi, Leadville, Rush, the north side of Winter Park, and 2 homes on Sherlock. The remaining lots on Sherlock, Winter Park, Bobbin and Dome were built by other builders and are not members of the association.
The association was created to provide an orderly, structured way for the homeowners to foster and maintain the value of the properties and the main activity is common maintenance of the front yards. This helps to create a more attractive neighborhood and it helps maintain property values. The annual HOA dues are $400 per year.
The neighborhood is bounded by Beltway to the north and Proton to the south; Midway to the east and Surveyor to the west. Homes in ATHOA are convienently located, near the Addison Athletic Club and Fire Station 2, with ready access to shopping, dining, parks and recreational areas. Le Grande is the only drivable entrance/exit to the neighborhood. This limits traffic, provides greater security and a more cohesive neighborhood environment.
This is my neighborhood and I am a member of the ATHOA. If you'd like it to be your neighborhood, too, I can help!
