Animal Kingdom wasn't even supposed to be the first tier horse for trainer Graham Motion, but the "better" of the two got injured.

Jockey John Velazquez was a last minute replacement because the original jockey broke his nose last week and took Friday off to recuperate.

But today the sit as top dogs of the horse racing world, because not only did both have the talent but both happened to be in the right place at the right time.

In real estate this happens all the time. I remember one time I was driving by a listed house and I saw people peeking in the windows. I pulled over and asked if they were waiting on an agent.
