The high end golf community of Branson Hills has pretty much sold all of their lots, and if you call the development they have about 4 for sale. However on the MLS there are 49 on the re-sale market ranging in price from $34,000 to $134,000 depending if they are golf front or not and half and acre or 1+ acres.
Here is a lot on the 13th green I just listed for $110,000 pretty comparable in price to others, but this one does have a fantastic view.
