During today's Open House Tour, we went to visit Fox Hill at the corner of River Road in Bethesda, and Burdete in Bethesda to see what has changed in the last two years since I first visited this elegant condominium.
My colleagues and I were very impressed by the life style, the elegance and the security one can have in this community. There are 50,000 sq. ft. of amenities, such as fitness center, full service spa and beauty salon, indoor heated pool, indoor golf simulator, a performing art center, game room, a private dining room for entertaining and five different restaurants!
Did I mention how beautiful the apartments are? There are five very attractive models to choose from.
Fox Hill also provides assisted living when needed and memory care services.
The condominiums are marketed by the Mayhood Company with Pat Coit and Jim Patton their Sales Directors. The apartments are listed from the $400,000 to $1.5 Million. Investors can buy them, as long as they meet the age requirement.
Looks like a wonderful community in an excellent Bethesda location.
