Moving? What information is important?

You’re getting ready to move, you know the the basic area you want to check out, but aren’t sure exactly what you’re looking for. A good thing to do is to get a list of things that are important to you when looking for the right area. If you’re a young family purchasing a home for the first time, here’s a list of things you might be looking for:

1. Nearby a good school system
2. Low crime rate
3. Close proximity to daycare
4. Grocery Store nearby
5. Near a church
6. Neighborhood of similar age and lifestyle
7. No sex offenders
8. Close to family and friends

Now obviously this is not a complete list, and it may differ depending on what you’re lifestyle is or what you’re looking for, but you get the idea. The question is how can you find this information? Well, you can start by putting all the information into Google and start trying to do your research. Or if you have friends or family in the area you can ask them where the best place is to live and what’s nearby.
