Fred is a well-behaved, loving feline.  He absolutely loves people and shows his affection by rolling over on his back for a full belly rub.

Melissa, Fred does have some long whiskers, and a loving personality too.  He will be a purrrrrrfect companion for someone.

Hi Vickie, it always breaks my heart when senior pets need a home.  Many people want kittens and by pass a beautiful pet like Fred.  I hope he gets adopted immediately.

Vickie,

Fred is so cute! I truly hope he finds a home. He doesn't look like he belongs in a shelter. He needs a good home and you did a great job promoting him and it's for a great cause. I'm with Judith, it breaks my heart because Fred doesn't deserve that. You can tell he's make a great house pet.

Jeffrey, I'm so sorry to hear about your 16-year old dog, Fred.  They become such loved members of our family.  I agree with you someone does need to adopt this beautiful Feline, Fred.  He would be such a lovable companion.

Judith and Pat, I agree with you.  Senior pets are much more difficult to find homes for, lthough Feline friends have a longer life expectancy than do their Canine counterparts.  Fred still has so many wonderful years of love to give.  Here is even a BETTER reason for someone to adopt Fred.  The Humane Society of Boulder Valley just announced that this Friday the 13th will be A LUCKY DAY for many people and Felines alike.  All of their available Felines can be adopted for FREE for one day only -- Friday the 13th.
