This is a great and useful post. Thank you. I would also suggest two sites that have helped me greatly:

Hootsuite.com: Allows you to have a "dashboard" for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., so that one post there gets broadcast to all of your SM sites. You can also schedule posts from Hootsuite. Very cool.

Reqall.com: A free application that you put on your phone and that allows you to type or speak a message in an instant. Reqall then transcribes the message and sends it to you in an e-mail. Great for ideas you get while driving, for example. Just press the Reqall app button on your phone, speak your message ("Call back Jane Realtor at 4:30...."), then Reqall will e-mail you the message.
