Springfield, Missouri welcomes Lex and Terry's Boob-A-Q

Real Estate Agent with Murney Associates

I'll just say it. I'm not a Lex and Terry fan. They host a syndicated radio morning show that is based in Dallas and airs in Springfield on FM 102.1.

I think they are two grown men who still act as if they still live in a college dorm and their specialty is degrading women. But on the other hand they degrade everyone. Anyway, enough about them.

Well, this Saturday, Springfield will be home to Lex and Terry's Boob_A_Q featuring some rock band I've never heard of and other things like Bikini Wars! I'm very surprised they won't have girls wrestling in jello or maybe girls jumping on trampolines.

On the 31 Days of May blogging challenge, we were asked to blog about about at least one local event. Well I guess this is local and it will be an event (probably a drunken event) that I'm sure lots of Springfieldians will be attending(not the ones I want to be around).  I guess I'm just glad my college age son isn't home from college yet. Wow! I have become my mom.

Billi...we have a rowdy bunch on one of our local stations that's also syndicted.  I think they're call John Boy & Billy and they really get on my nerves. I choose to not listen to them.

How funny Billi...sounding like your mom.  I've personally never heard of them.  I agree with you, it doesn't sound like my kind of thing.

I do have to congratulate you in writing a localism post about it  even though it is about a topic you don't like.  I assume paid reporters have to do that regularly.
