Good morning,
Well, depending on how you look at it, we have been extremely lucky with the temperature compared to last week. Of course, I think I’m going to move to San Diego and call it a day. I’m not a fan of 36 being a high temperature on May 2nd nor am I a fan of 89 on May 10th. Now how do I go about convincing my wife that we just pick up and move because I prefer better weather patterns?
Tips and ideas are welcome!
In the meantime, rates are holding nice and low once again this week.
Rates: 30 year fixed at 4.50% and the 15 year at 3.875%, FHA: 4.25%:
As always rates change with individual credit scenarios and programs, with credit in the mid 700s and a 20% down payment these rates are what you should be seeing.
