Unless you want to pay a higher price and higher interest rates.

Anyone interested in buying a home in the Phoenix real estate market, especially anything listed at $100,000 or less, you better move fast. And be willing to pay list price. Our market is fast becoming a seller's market in that price range. We've seen many, many, a client miss out on great opportunities because they didn't move quickly enough or they insisted on making an offer less than list price.

Part of being a good agent is giving our clients sound advice. Whether they follow it or not is up to the client. My advice to anyone interested in buying real estate in the Phoenix area right now is MOVE QUICK and make a good offer. Things are happening here.
