As an agent, I'm always skeptical of these types of programs. What does a lender need to know to get more business?  It doesn't have to be much other than it pays to be knowledgeable (not "know it all"), easy to talk to, listening skills, don't be pushy with me or my clients, and do what you say you'll do. Great communication is key - if you can't call my client the day I ask you to, then there's a problem.
