Meet Me in Dallas & My Dallas Challenge!
What is RainCamp, you may ask? RainCamp is ActiveRain's in person social media training seminar and a great opportunity to meet us and each other. RainCamp in 2011 is focused on "reputation architecture" or building an online reputation through reviews, testimonials and ratings.
Hi Everyone,
I booked my plane tickets to attend RAINCAMP in Dallas on May 24-25. I am looking forward to meeting each and every one of you. I will be at RainCamp bright and early on May 24. So come early and grab coffee with me. Being from Seattle, I am a voracious coffee drinker. As the new CEO of ActiveRain, I am really looking forward to meeting all people I have met online in the community.
What is RainCamp, you may ask? RainCamp is ActiveRain's in person social media training seminar and a great opportunity to meet us and each other. RainCamp in 2011 is focused on "reputation architecture" or building an online reputation through reviews, testimonials and ratings. Yelp, Google and other online rating services have given the buyer or the online consumer significant information and control over choosing who he or she will do business with. It is critical for all real estate professionals to understand this change happening on the Internet and how we as the real estate community must adapt to deal with the changes. We had our first RainCamp in Atlantic City in April and it was a great success.
Here is a link to a blog by Katerina Gasset highlighting the Atlantic City RainCamp.
If you look at Katerina's blog, you will see that the most memorable part of RainCamp and ActiveRain in general is the people. ActiveRain is the largest online real estate community. RainCamp is a GREAT opportunity to meet the other members on ActiveRain in DALLAS AND meet ME. I will be flying into Dallas on the night on May 23 and I will be ready bright and early to meet our great community in Dallas. I want to hear from each and everyone of you in terms of what your experience has been with ActiveRain and what we can do to serve you better.
Here is the Dallas challenge: If ActiveRain Dallas is able to get more than 250 people to attend RainCamp in Dallas on May 24-25, I'll 70's it out for you on May 24.
I hope to see all of you on May 24 in Dallas.
