The rental numbers are in for Colorado Springs Rentals for April of 2011. The big surprise is the traction we are seeing in the larger home market. These are homes that have five or more bedrooms. We are seeing a lot more interest in these homes and as this chart shows, April shows a sharp spike in rental rates for these homes as well.
