A Little Dab Will Do You! - Dabble Online Magazine
Sorry, I'm not referring to Bryl Creem here. There's a new online magazine in town, and it's called Dabble. The editor is none other than Canadian design guru and editor of Style at Home magazine, Kimberly Seldon.
Here is the latest issue: May/June 2011
This incredibly talented designer has come up with a new online publication that will appeal to design junkies, travel bugs and foodies alike. There are pages and pages and pages to sift through, with links to items of interest. There are articles like "vanity insanity" and "retro revitalized" - you can just imagine what you'd find there. These design articles are jam packed with design ideas and inspiration. You can zoom in and zoom out to get a closer look.
Who needs to board a plane, when you can sit in your armchair and visit the world vicariously through Dabble? There are articles on the best biking and wine tasting in the world, stunning photographs of India and Puerto Rico: where to eat, shop, dine and play.
Are you hungry after looking at all the food in the great restaurants of the world? No problem. The next section in Dabble is the food section! I love the title of the article on appetizers "There's an App for That"! Famous chefs are highlighted and recipes shared. "Sindulgence" offers the "Love Nest Monster", a recipe for a strawberry and meringue dessert that looks to die for.
The best part about Dabble is it's free. You just need to sign up to subscribe, and away you go. Happy reading and dreaming.
Larry - Ha ha! I guess I am - but you know what I'm talking about, so that dates you, too!!!!
