Below are the sales stats for Boulder for the month of April 2011. This is a snapshot of how April stacked up against March of this year and also how April this year compared to April of 2010.
Homes, on average, are taking longer to sell (40% longer) than last year and the average sales price has dropped by 14%. There are fewer homes on the market for sale this year than there were last year and there were 20% fewer sales as compared to last April.
