The NH real estate market continues to demonstrate inconsistent sales data. We say all the time that real estate is local and the data clearly suggests you need to look carefully at the numbers as they are different by town, by neighborhood and by price range.
Amherst's inventory continues to drop and that's good news. Our closeds dropped also over the same period last year, however our pendings are up.
I think we need to see the numbers for April-June to get a clear picture of our local market.
