Hannah, like Lou stated it is so importants to be screened for diabetes. My uncle has had diabetes since he ws 30 and he is now 88 and looks terrific. He really takes care of himself and eats right, and of course takes his insulin.  AND, he has no fat on him at all...really looks great!
