Buyers, There is No Perfect Home!

Real Estate Agent with West USA Realty

Buyers, There is No Perfect Home!

We know that you want to get the home that is perfect for you.  We don’t mean to pop your bubble.  But Buyers, there is no perfect home!

We have had clients design and build their dream home.  The home they thought would be perfect for them.  No, it still wasn’t.  They tried hard, but still found that they would have done something differently.  There is no perfect home!

So the chance of “shopping” for a home and finding one that has absolutely everything you want and need in it is not going to happen!  There is no perfect home or perfect deal!  We work with buyers continuously and are involved in hundreds to thousands of homes and no one gets that perfect home or deal!

You will probably get advise from family and friends meaning well, but their opinions can distract you from your own wants and needs.  This is your decision and you don’t want to forget this!  Timing can be critical and good deals move quickly, so you want to be prepared to move on a home that has much of what you want.  Remembering;  Buyers, there is no perfect home!  But there will be many homes you will love and that will fill most of you wants and needs.  Don’t lose out on these homes waiting for that perfect home to come along!  There is no perfect home!

Buying a home is a big responsibility.  It is a great feeling to own a home that is a good fit for you!  Make sure you are working with an great Realtor that will help make this an enjoyable experience!

If you are looking to buy a home in the Phoenix Metro Area, give us a call, we would love to help you find the home that is best for you!

So true!  Things happen, mechanicals break, basements flood.  My dear niece and her husband purchased a house in September, a short sale, they had inspections but inspections only tell you what is currently needing attention.  None of us have a crystal ball, so unfortunately we can't predict what will go wrong.  It's part of owning a house.

Tracie - You are certainly right!  Sorry about your niece.  That is always frustrating!

Brenda & Ron -- So true. You would think that buyers would be able to build the perfect home. That doesn't exist either because what they see on paper does not always translate to what they expected. No house is absolutely 100% perfect. Nothing is perfect. You just do your best to get as close to it as possible.

Barbara -  I agree.  Even my sister build her dream home and after it was done she thought she should have done several things differently.
