first buyer presentation today

About two weeks ago, i recieved a call from a couple wanting to look at buying a home. This was my first buyers call. We set up an appointment, and the day is finally here. Yesterday, i prepared myself with everything i think that i would need. Im hoping it goes well and we walk out with a signed contract. Also, last night, a friend of mine called, and asked for 100 business cards to pass around to people he knows. He already knew one person that is looking to sell. If my friend gets me my first listing, i will defiantly treat his family to a very nice dinner.
