Barnett Associates Real Estate LLC is currently seeking experienced agents from Snohomish County to join our team for 2007. Being a family run business we think it important to help our agents lower thier costs while increasing their business. It is about time there is a choice to the big franchised systems currently available. The two biggest areas are decreasing an agents office costs while giving them personalized marketing material to increase business.
- Fee Structure - 80/20 fixed split (no cap but it is negotiatable), $35 E&O dues, $30 L&I dues, Printing (.15 color & .05 black/white). There are no hidden costs, fees or extrenious monthly payments every month and that is no joke!
- Agent Marketing - We offer a personalized listing presentation, personalized FSBO flyer (the digital file), personalized webpage (view example) and most importantly, opportunities to hold open houses in Barnett Associates listed plats.
How can we offer such a low structure? We are not greedy. By putting more money in our agents pockets our agents work harder. Offering all these tools and exsposure points our agents add new marketing stratgies to compliment advertising already being used.
