A New Place to Sign a Contract Offer...Cosi In Owings Mills, Maryland

Found a new place to sign a contract offer... Cosi in Owings Mills. A few years ago I wrote  unusual places that contracts have been signed.

Yesterday, after showing a property, we wanted to go somewhere to get a drink and discuss the offer. That place turned out to be Cosi, right in Owings Mills and quite close to the subject property. We both got a soda and began the contract offer review...that was about 4:00PM.  The place was not crowded at that time..we had a high table with a window view and the process of review, explaining and making changes took a bit of time. After all there was a total of 36 pages and 56 paragraphs on the first nine pages.  How long does that take? We finished at 8:30PM.

Cosi HomeRome 410-530-2400    Jermirra with her friendly smile suggested what to order. We got a signature salad and couple of steakhouse Gorgonzola melts. I think I have found a new place to review contracts!

What a friendly place..after sitting for four and a half hours, no one bothered us. Feeling a bit guilty, I ordered dinner for the buyer and to take home for Lee. Cosi makes their own fresh bread and everything was really delicious when I arrived home.

PS..The offer was accepted and we have a ratified contract!!

Where is the most  unusual place that  your contracts have been signed?

Love it Margaret......this sounds like a great place to meet folks and promote.  I too have many of these great places to meet folks - not normally for 4/12 hours!  You must have been having some fun too!

(WE new Englanders love coffee - and I have taken my clients at Dunkin even on the first visit to discuss my buyer's needs and wants. One of their want is - of course, Coffee!)

Margaret, I'm always looking for contract writing friendly places to take client's.  McDonald's sometimes works, Dunkin Donuts almost always works too but sometimes you need somewhere different.  Good luck getting to settlement.

Margaret I love your posts.  I bet you make friends all over town.  I often think of posts to write about local businesses but end up not wanting to ask the clerks if it's OK to take their pictures.  I should take a lesson from you.

I think most independantly owned business owner would be glad to have you do business in their restaurant.  They understand that unless someone comes in, they don't do business.  In this case they may get a lot more because of you!
