Rainy Day For Nyack Street Fair and My Clermont Open House

As I sit here in my living room with dogs and NY Times, the rain and thunder do not bode well for my open house or the Nyack Street Fair. I think I feel worse for the vendors who will set up in this messy weather knowing that the crowds will not appear as hoped. There is always the hope the sky will clear - it has happened before. As for me and my open house at the Clermont Condominiums I will take in the river views and stay dry.
