New in Our Office

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams

As of the first of September there are several changes in my office I wanted let you in on.  Trena Ward, who had been a residential specialist with me, has decided to take a position with another company in a roll that is more structured time wise as well as monetarily.  Trena has school aged children and the unpredictable time demands were very difficult to manage.  I will miss her being on my team but wish her much success in all she does.  Annette Chavez, who was my assistant and office manager, has also seized an opportunity that allows her to focus more on her individual talents.  She too will be missed and I wish her much success.  As you can see the months of July and August were difficult and the search for replacements has been ongoing.

As of the second week in September, Tara Jordan has joined Cleavinger and Associates. I am very excited about the talent and energy that Tara brings to our company.  Tara graduated from Tech in May with a degree in general studies and minors in Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish. While obtaining her undergraduate degree she took a leadership role in her sorority as well as an active role in other student and religious organizations and got her Texas Real Estate licenses. She accomplished all this in three years, which speaks volumes to me about her focus, work ethic, and determination.  Tara has also worked the last three years for Elroy Wisian at Lynnwood Townhomes. The experience she gained in that capacity will be extremely valuable as her real estate career goes forward.  Her character qualities and her experience in the field, along with the computer skills she possesses make her a wonderful addition to our office.  Tara will start in the roll of assistant and office manager for a few months to learn all the systems and take advantage of the training offered here at Keller Williams. Upon completing the training she will assume the role of Residential Buyer Specialist for Cleavinger and Associates. I will be searching for a person to become office manager as Tara gets ready to move in to her position. My intent is to build a team of highly qualified and motivated professionals so we will be better equipped to handle any real estate needs you may have.  Tara and I are currently upgrading our website and loop net site to make them both easier to use and much more informative.  We will also be able to link you to other sites that will make it easier to search properties of all kinds and answer peripheral questions about mortgage, home inspection, home warranty, and other real estate issues.

It is our desire to be excellent at serving all your real estate needs and we will constantly be striving to improve. If you or anyone you know has a real estate need, we would very much appreciate the opportunity to be your realtor of choice.
