Liz & Bill, what is a customary escrow period that is not too long or not to short in your part of the world? Here in Los Angeles 30-45 days are the norm.

Endre, From accepted contract to closing, typically 30-45 days, sometimes longer if that was the agreement with buyers/sellers.
