I started my Real Estate career in October 2004 with EXIT. My roster code begins with 12031 and we are over 40***+. For those of you with EXIT you know what a roster code is. Some of you probably have sponsored more people than I have but I how good does it feel to get the phone call that I have a residual check in the office? I can't explain it. For those of you who aren't familiar with EXIT, Let me explain the concept.
· 70/ 30 Split
· 10% Residual Income
· 7% Retirement (who else offers this to agents)
· 5% Beneficiary
· No Desk Duty
· No Desk Fee
· Top Notch Training
All you have to do is get someone interested in the concept of EXIT and then give their information to your manager or broker, they will meet and next thing you know, they are signing (who wouldn't when they hear what EXIT has to offer) and you're their sponsor. Make sure you tell them to give the manager your name so you get credit. So every time they have a transaction, you as the sponsor get a bonus in an amount equivalent to 10% of the gross commission. It comes from the brokers 30%. In a couple weeks you get a call from your office telling you to come and pick up a commission check and you may not even know who it's from. It's AWESOME! You can sponsor as many people as you want. So the more you sponsor the more you make. You can move from state to state and your residuals follow you as long as you are with EXIT. In order to get the full 10% you as the sponsor must have at least 8 transactions a year.
If you do less than 8 transactions per year, you are considered retired. Your residual will then be a bonus in an amount equivalent to 7% of the gross commission of the people you sponsored. Here is the great thing about the retirement benefits. If you live in Maryland and decide you want to move to Florida to retire, your benefits follow you. So you can move anywhere and still get a paycheck. Pretty cool, huh!
The Beneficiary Benefit something no one else offers. If something were to happen to you, your beneficiary would get a bonus in an amount equivalent to 5% from the people you sponsor.
The training that EXIT offers is the absolute best in the world. Some of the greatest trainers have come to work with EXIT. Whatever training you can think of, we have it. I took the Boot Camp training a couple of years ago and it was fabulous.
I also went to the convention 2 years ago and had the most amazing time. The training or break out sessions, were incredible. You can learn so much. Applying what you learn is the key. Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend the convention last year and won't be able to go this year either and I am totally bummed about it but my goal is to make sure I'm there next year.
EXIT is a first class company and with first class people. I honestly believe Steve Morris, the founder and CEO, is a genius and there isn't another man like him in the world. He firmly believes in positive affirmations and has taught me the same thing. Most of EXIT is the same way. As busy as he is, he will talk to you when you approach him. He doesn't give you the cold shoulder or make you think you are not important. Everyone in EXIT is like that as well.
As you may have noticed, I have all good things to say about EXIT and would like anyone and everyone to ask questions. I am not a broker or a manager but EXIT is my life. If you read this and want to call an EXIT office to find out more, please give them my name, Angela Crookes with EXIT First Realty in Waldorf, MD. Good luck to all and I'll post again later.
I started an EXIT Group in A/R so please feel free to sign up and we can share ideas and concepts and whatever else.
