What a great situation to be in. This 20 years plus business is busting at its seams. Currently in 8900 SF retail space now needs 22,000 and 32,000 square feet of free standing space. They also need a parking space to accomodate 70 cars. East Valley is a great market for services for snow birds.
I am asking to look for either a retail space between Power Road and Gilbert Road North of the 60 to consider a move. They want to buy and are qualified. Let me know what you hear about that might be pre foreclosure, pocket listings or just someone who is now ready to move on.
