In our little corner of paradise, we are so optimistic about the increased traffic we are seeing. Sellers are feeling better about testing the market with their listings, buyers are more willing to start writing on properties, agents are pleased with the activity, and closings are more prevalent. All of these are good signs!
Consumer confidence is on the rise and people are reacting by buying homes! Our profession, at least in my area, has been struggling recently (like for the last couple of years!). Q2 of 2011 is going to be STRONG. Look around you, the bulbs are blooming, people are out, and real estate is moving.
Here's to our prosperity! Buyers, get ready, get set, go BUY that home you want! Sellers, get packing, because you will be pleased with the response you'll have on your listing. Agents, congratulations on your tenacity in a down market. These are the mantras that we all must chant, looking optimistically to our collective futures.
