After some frustrating ups and downs in the business and a relaxing surf trip to Nicaragua, it's time to get back in the swing of things. I lost my user name and password for Active Rain and then from what I was gather, AR was having a rough time with the site its self so needless to say a new blog post is definitly past due.

A few new listings have come up that you can see in my previous blogs. Also my listing at 4 lower Little island is being reduced to an amazingly affordable price of 3,480,000. It is a magnificent house on a private island by its self in the Barnegat Bay.
