Zillow Estimates

For those of you frustrated with Zillows accuracy I have discovered a great tool to use with clients via Tech Savvy Chris Smith - Go to Zillow, scroll to the very bottom of the page and find About Zestimates - a graph will appear with the real truth on their accuracy on pricing homes.  Might be useful when debating this with your buyer or sellers.  :)  - Erin Thompson/Marketing Coordinator.
