I just love these two websites: www.homebargainplanet.com and www.casagrandehomesforsalemls.com. I wish I could influence the internet world into venturing through these sites so that they could gain the honest insights from the realty experts at Top 5 Real Estate Group and its number one unit, Team Realty Force.

Now I am going to try and break my daily log down a little differently. I am going to try to write more in a stream lined form of consciousness style, sometimes random, sometimes bordering on a cloud of nebulousness. But so what? Who cares? It’s my blog and I can write what I want and the reader has the choice to hang with me or not. It’s all good in the hood my man.

For fun I ended the day interviewing my son Brandon.

 

 

Do you have a son? Do you have that first born who you look at and go, by the grace of mother earth, God, or the stars above, how can I be anything but humble and contrite before those eyes? For it’s those eyes that watch and beg to learn the way and how to be and how to maintain a semblance of sturdiness and growth in his quest to basically just figure it all out. How can I be remiss in acting any other way than good in front of his eyes? Oh, the pressure is on. But oh how I love it… and adore that little guy so much.

So he busts out the Tae Kwon Doe creed and I have some fun with it.

But before that, Carey and I enjoyed traveling on the bus of busy business as we met this person and that, Rob and Angela from Vancouver, Quentin and Sheila from Ontario, Kylie and Landon (got your name right!), the ladies Danette and Diana from Washington, The Goddards Gail and Danny, Kevin and Autumn, Bobbie and Janice (Chicago), these are the names and faces we met along the way at our Open House. Because, yes the house was open and these fine people who we met today, with whom our lives have been impacted and we hope we have done the same to theirs and with great positivity and a strong commitment and pursuit in finding the best deal of a home within their parameters and not ours, we are, yes we are, very very thankful, indeed. Offerings have been made and I will conjure and construct another one for the ladies from Washington who now about this time are on the red eye flight back home and they should awaken to find the paperwork in their emails in the morning. A wonderful day it was make new friend, make new neighbors, and to be guiders of their ever important home purchase.

We missed birthdays and we are sorry to Tae Tae of the Minami and Zach clan but we will fight to make it up next week at his older brother’s birthday party. Sorry, but three Sundays in a row would not be wise as it is our wheel house for helping people buy homes.  Our weekend is somewhere between Monday through Thursday which is interspersed with showings, presentations, and door openings.
