My team and I continuosly monitor local real estate statistics to keep our clients informed and ahead of the real estate trends. Below you will find Carl Junction area real estate statistics for the period September 2007 as compiled by the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS®.
We're in to month 4 of a stong buyers market in Carl Junction. The good news is that we are bleeding off inventory and for the 2nd straight month we are selling more houses than are coming on the market. Don't get too excited too soon though as there is still 9 months of inventory in the system so I think we're looking at a month or two at a minimum before we can report that we're back to a mre normal market. That assumes of course that nothing bad happens to sour the market in the mean time. Interest rates are still at historic lows, we are still experiencing 95+% employment out there and it's football season. What could be better.
