Good morning, Anita....wonderful presentation as usual....I can't imagine selling homes of that magnitude for as low a range as $300-$600k....those are $800+ here....

Anita, We have a community here called "Mills Pond" only ours are in the price range of $750,000 and up and none of them are brick structures ~ You certainly have some great prices in Warner Robins Ga!

Kristine....there are some amazing homes in the subdivision. 

Barbara...consumers get a lot of home for their money here in middle GA.

BLiz...quite a few custom homes and most are decked out inside.

Larry/Sheila...this is one of our upscale areas, no doubt about it.

Anne...with Robins Air Force Base 20 minutes away the market is steady because of the constant movement of people associated with the base.

Ginny...it's secluded with rolling hills so homes that hit the market get a lot of attention.
